Well, in general sacrifices are made to the entire pantheon, or to the Nine, or to a particular god whom one wishes to revere, in order to ask for some particular blessing. The Nine are Pas, the king and father of the gods, Echidna, his consort, and their seven children.
You sacrifice to one god for all things, then? We would ask Echidna for blessings on the crops, or Pas for rain, or, oh, Kypris for aid in love, Thelxiepeia for guidance regarding the future.
